ReplyDeleteHappy blogoversary <3
Thank you :)
DeleteHappy Blogoversary! So your life sounds really busy right now. Good thing! :) This would be a chance to celebrate with a good (new) book. :)
ReplyDeleteI really loved Amy & Roger's Epic Detour. Hope you like it too.
I can't wait till it gets here!! :)
DeleteHappy 2 years Blogoversary! :)
ReplyDeleteThe last book I read and loved and gave a 5 star rating is 'The Secret Life of Bees' by Sue Monk Kidd! Love it! Have you read this one?
I haven't read it, but it sounds really interesting!
DeleteI haven't written my review yet but The Keepers of the House by Shirley Ann Grau was a 5 star read for me.
ReplyDeleteSounds interesting!
DeleteHappy Blogoversary Daisy! Your blog has been awesome for the past two years, and I hope it continues to be just as awesome for a long time.
ReplyDeleteThe best books I've read recently were Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf and The Other City by Michal Ajvaz. The Other City is a surrealist book that explores borders, the concept of the other, writing and storytelling, and home. The writing is beautiful, luminous, and very strange. I highly recommend it for a time when you're looking for something a little different.
Congrats again on your Blogoversary. <3
Thanks lady!! <3
DeleteI'd read anything you recommend, so I definitely added those to my to-read list :)
I really loved What Alice Forgot.
ReplyDeleteamandarwest atgmaildotcom
I've heard really good things about that one!
DeleteHappy Blogversary!!
ReplyDeleteMm... let me think, I believe it was Medusa the Mean the one I gave full five!
:D
Thanks! And yay Mythology!! :)
DeleteHappy Blogaversary!! :)
ReplyDeleteThe last book I gave five stars to was "Missing You" (#5 in the 1-800-Where-R-You Series) by Meg Cabot.
:)
Thank you! I really need to start reading more of Meg Cabot's books!
DeleteCongrats on your 2-year blogoversary, Daisy!! *tosses virtual confetti* It's exciting, eh? Mine is coming up soon too! It's been so awesome getting to know you through blogging over the past couple years. Here's to plenty more! :D
ReplyDeleteAs for the last book I gave 5 stars...that would be Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma. But I so very, very rarely give 5 stars, so that book was reviewed just under a year ago, LOL. The last book I gave 4.5 stars to (more recently!) was Not That Kind of Girl by Siobhan Vivian :)
Thank you!! *hands over virtual cupcake* I'm really excited and yay for yours coming up soon! :) It's been so nice getting to know you and connecting through our blogs! :)
DeleteForbidden sounds like a pretty heavy read! But if you say it's that good, I might have to give it a try :)
Happy second blogoversary!!! :D That is a HUGE accomplishment! The last book I gave five stars to was Amy & Roger's Epic Detour by Morgan Matson. LOVVVVED it!! Thank you for the giveaway. :)
ReplyDeleteYAY! I ordered that one to celebrate my first week on the new job :D Can't wait till it gets here!
DeleteI've been giving a lot of books five star ratings lately - My Life Next Door, Throne of Glass and Such a Rush :)
ReplyDeleteI'm reading Throne of Glass right now, I'm LOVING IT! Also, My Life Next Door got here yesterday :D Can't wait to read it!!
DeleteI think it was Diary of a Mad Fat Girl.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of it before, must check it out!
DeleteI don't review books much (so far I have two book reviews on my pages since my blog is really about all kinds of things), but I sometimes rate books I really like on goodreads. The last one I read that I gave five stars (but not necessarily the last one I rated five stars) was The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. I'm currently re-reading another: Exodus by Leon Uris.
ReplyDeleteLOVE The Book Thief!! I just want to give that book to everyone and make them read it ASAP, cause it's THAT good!
DeleteHappy blogiversary (I can't believe I only just found out about your blog!)
ReplyDeleteThe last book I utterly and completely loved was, surprisingly, a Dutch book: The book of everything by Guus Kuijer.
I'm trying to remember if I've ever read it, I don't think I have... I did buy Het Grote Boek van Madelief recently in a used bookstore, I've read that SO many times as a kid!
DeleteYay for another Dutch book blogger!! :)
Thank you! I really want to read For Darkness Shows the Stars! Glad you liked it!
ReplyDeleteThe last book I gave five stars was Insurgent by Veronica Roth.
ReplyDeleteAlso, happy blogoversary!!
Thank you! :) I have both Divergent and Insurgent sitting on my shelves, must get to them soon!
DeleteTempest's Fury by Nicole Peeler was a great book. I would definitely give it 5 stars :)
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of it before, I'll have to check it out!
DeleteHappy Happy Blogoversary Daisy!!! I love your blog, and I hope you're still here blogging for many more years! *hugs*
ReplyDeleteThanks honey!! <3
DeleteHappy Blogoversary! Tiger's Curse is the last book I gave 5 stars to. I loved everything about it and I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series. :)

Congrats on you Blogoversary!! And thank you so much for this giveaway!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, the last book I gave 5 stars to was Demonglass by Rachel Hawkins. I loved Hex Hall trilogy, and the second one was my favorite :)
Congrats on the Blogoversary! 2 years is a massive achievement!
ReplyDeleteI last read Chain Reaction by Simone Elkles!
Happy Blogversary! ;)
ReplyDeleteI gave 5 stars to The Opportunist by Tarryn Fisher. It was the best book I've read in awhile. It provoked such strong un-explainable emotions.
Happy Blogoversary!
ReplyDeleteSomething Like Normal by Trish Doller got 5 stars from me. Amazing debut. I totally recommend it.
ReplyDeleteOh and happy Blogoversary! :)
Happy 2 year Blogoversary!
ReplyDeleteThe most recent book I've read that I absolutely loved and gave five stars to is City of Lost Souls by Cassandra Clare. I liked it a lot more than COFA and restored my faith in this series!
